Exchange and Return Policy
1- The Tri-Optics store is keen to shop its customers with confidence and reassurance by refunding the price of their valid purchases within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. Our valued customers can exchange their valid purchases within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:
2- The purchases to be returned or exchanged must be with their cover and identification card upon completion of the purchase process and attached to the original purchase receipt.
3- In the interest of the safety of our valued customers, we regret not to replace or return contact lenses, solutions and all cosmetics, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
4- The valid purchases purchased at discounted prices during the offers period can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, and the cash value of these purchases can be recovered within one day of receiving the order.
5- It is also required to return any gift obtained by the customer in conjunction with his purchases when he wishes to return these purchases.
6- Our valued customers can replace purchases or refund their cash value if they are found to have manufacturing defects or were not in conformity with the specifications, within 15 days from the date of purchase attached to the original purchase receipt.
7- We regret that it is not possible to replace or return the medical lenses because they are made specifically for the customer's size.
If you want to create a replacement process, we are pleased to serve you to replace your order and choose the appropriate alternative after the conditions apply within 3 days from the date and time of receiving the order, with the calculation of the shipping cost for the new product.
- The product must be in the original packaging with all its accessories and original packaging.
- You can exchange a product with more than one and pay the difference, if any, or refund the remaining amount to your bank account.
- You may exchange or return purchases only once per order.
- If you want to return or return the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
We will work to return the amount to your bank account within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt after receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and to ensure that the conditions apply to them.
- The customer can cancel the order after confirming the order directly (before delivering it to the shipping company) and the amount will be returned within 2-7 working days.
- The store has the right to cancel the order if it does not find a response from the customer within 24 hours.
