- When is the order shipped?

- How is the replacement process ?
First: Choose the replacement product, then send the product link to us with your order number, and the customer service representative will perform the replacement process after confirming its validity.
Second: We will provide you with the bill of lading number for the return. Where you can send the shipment to the nearest office of the carrier and deliver the order and provide them with the waybill for return.
Third: The shipment is delivered to us by the carrier within a period of 3 to 15 working days as a maximum.
