Exchange and Return Policy

1- The Tree Optics online store is keen to ensure that its customers shop with confidence and reassurance by refunding the price of their valid purchases within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. Our valued customers can exchange their intact purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, taking into account the terms and conditions shown below:

2- The purchases to be returned or replaced must be with their packaging and identification card upon completion of the purchase process and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

3- In order to ensure the safety of our valued customers, we regret not replacing or returning contact lenses, solutions, and all cosmetics except in the case of manufacturing defects.

4- Intact purchases purchased at reduced prices during the offer period can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, and the cash value of these purchases can be refunded within one day of receiving the order.

5- It is also required that any gift received by the customer be returned in conjunction with his purchases if he wishes to return these purchases.

6- Our valued customers can exchange purchases or refund their cash value if they are found to have manufacturing defects or do not conform to specifications, within 15 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by the original purchase receipt, without shipping costs for all defective products the first time. If you have additional products that you want to return, shipping fees will apply at the same shipping value as the basic order.

7-We regret that it is not possible to exchange or return prescription lenses because they are manufactured specifically for the customer’s size.

8- The customer will bear the shipping fees for return requests if the product does not suit him or for other reasons related to the customer with the same shipping value in his basic order.


If you wish to create an exchange process, we are happy to serve you in exchanging your order and choosing the appropriate alternative after meeting the conditions within 3 days from the date we receive the order, calculating the shipping cost for the new product.


  • The product must be in the original packaging with all its accessories and proper basic packaging for the products and their accessories, as the exchange or return process will be rejected if the product, box or accessories are modified, changed or damaged.
  • You can exchange a product for more than one product and pay the difference, if any, or return the remaining amount to your bank account.
  • You can exchange or return purchases only once per order.
  • If you wish to exchange or return the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs.


We will work to return the amount to your bank account within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt after receiving the products to be returned or replaced and ensuring that the conditions apply to them, according to the customer’s bank.


  • The customer can cancel the order immediately after confirming the order (before delivering it to the shipping company), and the amount will be returned within 2-14 working days.
  • The store has the right to cancel the order if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours.
  • The customer must check and confirm the size and size of the glasses. If the order is made and the size of the glasses is not suitable for the customer, he has the right to replace the frame with a different size, and the customer bears the value of the new lenses and the value of the shipping cost to return them to the store.
  • The full amount will be returned to the customer if the quantity runs out, in rare cases. He can also request a replacement with another product by paying or refunding the difference to his account.
