To which regions does Tree Optix deliver its products and services?
To all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and countries of the world, except for areas that shipping companies cannot deliver to, and to serve you as required, please make sure to write the full shipping address.
How long does it take for an order to reach me?
The application is processed within a maximum period of three days, with the exception of Friday.
After that, it is delivered to the shipping company and sorted on the cities, and then the expected delivery period is calculated as shown to you on the payment page.
How long does it take to receive the request?
Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes 3 to 15 working days, and to the rest of the world from 5 to 21 working days.
The order may require 3-10 additional days if the frame is with prescription lenses or medical contact lenses with special specifications or not available to us, in order to manufacture and install lenses according to the prescription.
Can I change the delivery location after ordering?
You can contact us on WhatsApp with the order number and the new address.
If your order is on its way to you and you have received the order tracking number, you can contact the delivery company directly and modify the address.
I have waited more than the stated period for my order, what can I do?
You can track your order via the tracking link that is sent to your mobile. If the order is with the delivery company, you can contact them directly.
