Buy with confidence with a three-month manufacturer's warranty.


At Tree Optics, quality is our first concern. Because we are committed to selling only high-quality, authentic products, we offer a 3-month manufacturer's warranty on all prescription frames, sunglasses and lenses. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses covered by our warranty (see table below), we will repair the damaged part or replace the product with a new one free of charge. If the alternative product is not available, the customer will be compensated with a similar product or a purchase voucher of the same value will be issued, as long as it is returned to us within three months from the date of purchase.


Glasses/lenses

  • Exposure to water for long periods
  • Rough handling
  • Exposure to extreme heat or cold
  • Leave the glasses inside the car
  • Improper cleaning
  • Glasses or lenses may be broken or damaged
  • Exposure of glasses or lenses to alcoholic substances such as perfumes, sterilizers, etc

Included in the warranty

  • Change in the color of the frame or logo
  • Change in the protective layers of the lens


  • Please do not attempt to repair the glasses yourself. We may not accept products that have been tampered with for repair/replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.


30 day lens warranty

Each lens must undergo a rigorous 6-step quality assurance process and verification using innovative digital lens technology. This ensures complete accuracy and lenses free from scratches, distortions and defects.

We guarantee the accuracy of your lenses. If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace your lenses free of charge. Contact our customer service department at the number at the bottom of this page. .

Frames cannot be replaced under the lens warranty. Replaced lenses must be the same lens type, materials and options you originally ordered.
